ABOUT RESERVATIONS, CAPACITY, AND PAY FOR THE SERVICE
1. How early can I make a reservation?
  • You can make a reservation as your earlier convenience. But you must confirm your trip as was reserved as a minimum 48-24 hours before your arriving.
  • If you have to make changes on your on schedule you have to let us know not later than 24 hours in all cases.
2. What is the capacity for your vehicles?
  • Our Lincoln Town Cars (also known as Limo service) has a capacity to fit 4 adults and 1 child.
  • The total capacity is for 5 medium size passengers + the driver.
3. How many bags can fit in your vehicles?
  • Is very hard to tell you how many bags you can fit in a car without seen them.
  • We can give you an approximately idea (only) and we cannot guarantee you the space necessary for something we do not know. As a general idea we can say:
  • Our Lincoln Town Cars (also known as Limo service) can fit 2 big size bags (10” x17”x 29”) and 2 medium size bags (10”x17”x25) or 1 big bag and 4 carryon bags (7”x16x22”)
  • Some people forces the bags to the extreme that we call “fat bags”. This is NOT a good practice because probably you exceed the weight allowed by the airline and you will have to pay for the extra weight.
  • In addition you reduce the space designed to fit several bags in the trunk as the space was designed.
  • Our recommendation is to travel with more medium small bags and carryon bags.
4. How many golf bags we can fit in your vehicles?
  • Normally, in general terms, with medium and small bags, we can fit 1 or 2 golf bags depending of the number of passenger on your party.
5. Do you accept pay by credit cards, traveler checks or cash?
  • Yes
6. When and how can I pay for the service requested?
  • You can pay in advance on line by credit card; or traveler checks or cash to the driver or pay 50% percentage of the fare as deposit on line..
7. Can I have a reservation number?
  • Yes
8. What happens if after I do the reservation I forgot to confirm you my arriving confirmation?
  • If you do not confirm we will not send the assigned driver.
  • The frame time to notify us is the same than Cancellation Policy.

ABOUT MEETING EACH OTHER

1. How can I meet the driver that will pick me up?
  • At MCO (Orlando Airport) the meeting point is at the end and down the stairs to the Baggage Claim Area.
2. Where will be the meeting point with the driver at the airport?
  • At MCO (Orlando Airport) the meeting point is at the end and down the stairs to the Baggage Claim Area.
  • At Sanford Airport the meeting point is next to the carrousel of Baggage Claim.
  • At private airports the meeting point is in the lobby of the airport unless is requested and allowed to be next to the plain.
3. If my flight is late how your driver will meet me?
  • Our customer service team will be constantely tracking all flights for arrivals, delays, or cancellations by the airlines and will arrange and adjust convenient times and meeting or pick-up points, so that you will always know where your car is waiting.
4. Can I provide my telephone mobile number to make easier the meet and Greet?
  • Yes.
  • Absolutely! It is imperative for us to have your mobile phone number with country code, and area code to contact you.
  • Also is necessary you have your reservation number on you.
5. Can we request a car seat or booster?
  • Yes, but
  • Due our vehicles are in constantly movement, for different needs for different passengers you must request it, as minimum time 6 hours before the time of your service.
  • We recommend you call for the requesting and send an email to us as well at the same time you make a reservation.
6. What is Meet and Greet?
  • Meet and Greet is called when the driver has a Board/Sign and/or electronic tablet with your name, flight number and time of the arriving flight in order to make all effort to meet you.

1. How long do you recommend to calling your company to confirm my pick up to return to the airport?
  • 24 hours before as minimum for any pick-ups.
    ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION
  • For international flights we recommend you to be at airport as a minimum 2 hours your departure flight.
  • For domestic flights we recommend to be at the airport as minimum 1 hour before or more.
2. How long takes a trip from my location to the airport?
  • All depends where you are located, but as average takes 30-40 minutes to MCO (Orlando Airport) and 1 hour To Sanford Airport.
3. If I have more bags and more people to be pick them up to return to the airport what do must I do?
  • You must call our company and let us know your new needs and we will do the appropriate adjustment.
4. Do I have to pay extra for the new needs and adjust of the vehicle?
  • Yes
5. Does your driver a complementary stop on the way to my hotel?
  • Yes. On the way (only) to the hotel we can stop 15 minutes at some store. If you need more time extra charge applies.
6. Do I have to tip the driver?
  • If you receive an excellent service from the driver you should tip the driver but is up to you.
7. Is the tip included in the fare?
  • No.
  • If you pay in advance on line we recommend you, as average to add as a tip 20% of the fare.
8. How much is an appropriate tip?
  • If you receive an excellent service we recommend to add 20% to the fare.
9. What is a NO SHOW?
  • A NO SHOW is when the person does not show up to the reservation on time or never show up for the reservation/appointment.
10. What happens if I do not show up to my reservation/appointment?
  • We will charge you the fare in full.
  • If you want to make changes, you have to make them according to the frame time for Cancellation Policy.
11. What happens if I call to change my reservation to earlier or later reservation?
  • You have to make changes with a DEAD LINE as 2 hours before the reservation/appointment.
12. It is reimbursable a NO SHOW?
  • NO
